Hi Guys, its mani-monday and i just want to share with you my new nail colour for the week, like i said in my previous post here ,changing my nail polish and doing my manicure has become a nightly ritual just so i don't go sticking my fingers into any cookie jar or snack pack late in the night, lately i've been using O.P.I. or ORLY,but this time something else caught my attention at the store, when i was searching for another colour from orly,Its a
a nail lacquer by china glaze, its called China Glaze TRANZITIONS , as you can see in the picture. I applied this polish last week for the first time since i got it and after a few house hold chores , i noticed it started to chip quite a lot , so last night i decided to clean everything up and do a new one .
Now to the review, the colour is great considering that China Glaze is known for having loads of unique colours to choose from, I quite like it even though my mom thinks its a weird colour ( you won't find anything that's not pink or red on her nails...lol) and It says nail Lacquer with hardners on the label. If you look closely at the two strips on the brush holder its got two different shades that is labelled . The darker shade of the strip is the colour you get when you apply a top coat after applying this lacquer, while the lighter shade is the colour of the nails with out applying a top coat on your nails.
I didn't use a top coat in this picture hence the lighter shade you see here,I also applied my Orly base coat before using this polish, (if you do a lot of house chores then you need to get one of those to protect your nails ) . The China Glaze bottle is quite nice ,but i can't say the same for the brush holder ,the grip is not as stable as that of Orly , i noticed that it was constantly dropping from my fingers each time i wanted to change the angle i was painting from.
Pros - More affordable than Orly , Contains hardners (2 in 1)
Cons - Doesn't dry as fast as Orly , No firm grip on the brush holder , Chips quickly .
Will i be buying this again ? Uhmm... (* shrugs*) Maybe , but that's because i want to try other beautiful colours in this edition.
HAVE YOU TRIED ANY NAIL POLISH FROM CHINA GLAZE ?
WHAT COLOURS ARE YOU WEARING ON YOUR NAILS ?
